Dugan & Meyers is proud to be the general contractor for the spectacular Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge project, a 22-story luxury condominium tower overlooking the Roebling Suspension Bridge in Covington, Kentucky.
The Ascent, designed by world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind and local partner, GBBN, will spiral skyward in a breathtaking crescent shape that slopes outward from its base on the east facing side of the structure. The outward lean extends approximately 10 inches per floor, so that the 22nd story will reach out over the base of the building about 25 feet. Corporex (dba The Ascent @ Roebling’s Bridge, LLC) awarded their extraordinary project to D&M in part because of our proven ability in constructing complex buildings with unique architecture.
Upon completion, The Ascent will top out at 293 feet, with 310,000 square feet under roof. The structure will include 72 luxury condos, eight of which will be penthouse units, and all will feature panoramic views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline. Additionally, The Ascent features luxury amenities, including two guest suites, indoor and outdoor private dining rooms, pool, fitness center and sauna, along with a 150 space parking structure.
